The Find: Tina was born on Brick Lane market stall selling cupcakes, but is now housed in a superb little cafe in Dalston, East London. There's a big central table with all the condiments you could imagine - marmite, peanut butter, nutella, jam. A big comfy sofa, a range of well chosen magazines, and a menu that screams 'homemade' are all highlights of this cafe. As is the coffee, of course.

Their beans are from Square Mile, the cream of the coffee crop. The machine, a Marzocco, need I say any more. The baristas are all brilliantly-well trained and passionate about coffee - you can just tell.
Order a flattie and a slice of one of their magnificent cakes....it's so good I bet you go back for more.

The staff make you feel at home even if you've never been before..... If however, you have been before, you'll no doubt feature in their coveted loyalty scheme.

We've all heard of loyalty cards - they're so last year. But a Loyalty Wall?! Yes, a wall FULL of customers names and their respective loyalness. One lucky lady has reached 100 already!

It's hard to find fault with this place.....
Tina, we really do salute you.
